Jus-Rol Professional™ has launched its first reduced fat pastry range in a bid to help caterers serve up healthier food options that are big on taste, with an innovative new pastry range that features 30% less fat*.

Launching 1st January 2012, the pastry people’s innovative Reduced Fat Pastry range produces great tasting results, and with 30% less fat it offers more flexibility to caterers in terms of menu offerings, whilst also helping them to meet Government school food guidelines.
