Guacamole and Asparagus Filled Vol-au-Vents
Use Jus-Rol™ vol-au-vent to make stylish finger food in minutes. Whilst the cases are cooking raid the fridge and store cupboard to put together a selection of fillings.
- 10 Jus-Rol™ Vol-au-Vent Thawed
- 1tsp guacamole chilled, per case
- 2 asparagus tips per case, blanched
- Bake Vol-au-vent cases for 13-15 minutes and allow to cool.
Fill each case with a teaspoon of guacamole then garnish with asparagus tips.
