Guacamole and Asparagus Filled Vol-au-Vents

Ingredients

  • 10 Jus-Rol™ Vol-au-Vent Thawed
  • 1tsp guacamole chilled, per case
  • 2 asparagus tips per case, blanched

Equipment required

  • Baking Sheet
  • Teaspoon

Method

  1. Bake Vol-au-vent cases for 13-15 minutes and allow to cool.
  2. Fill each case with a teaspoon of guacamole then garnish with asparagus tips.
