Strawberry & Cream Puff Pastry Twists

Baker’s Mode (Keep Screen Awake)
Step 1
Gently lay out the Jus-Rol Puff Pastry Sheet on a clean surface.
Step 2
Cut the pastry lengthways in the centre and then cut width ways into thirds, to create 6 equal squares. FInely cut each side of the square in the centre and make a 3cm length cut.
Step 3
Gently twist each strip and place on a baking tray lined with grease-proof paper. Optional: Wash each twist with a splash of your milk of choice for a more golden glow.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until golden.
Step 5
Once ready, take out of the oven and leave out until cool.
Step 6
Meanwhile, troughly chop the strawberries and whip the Elmlea cream until thick.
Step 7
Once the twists are cool, dollop with cream, and serve up with a sprinkle of fresh strawberries.
