Strawberry Cream Turnovers

Baker’s Mode (Keep Screen Awake)
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Gently lay out the Jus-Rol Puff Pastry Sheet onto a clean surface.
Step 2
Half the pastry lengthways and widthways to create 4 equal rectangles. Then, cut each rectanlge lenthways to create 8 equal triangles.
Step 3
Line a large baking tray with greeseproof paper and place each puff pastry triangle gently on the tray.
Step 4
Sprinkle each triangle with a dusting of caster sugar, then place in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
Step 5
Once ready, leave the pastry to cool for atleast 20 minutes or until room temperature.
Step 6
Meanwhile, pour the Elmlea cream into a bowl and whisk with an electric or manual whisk until the cream is thick. Then, slice the straberries and leave to the side.
Step 7
Once the pastry triangles are cool, cut in half, place a layer of strawberries on the bottom of each triangle and finish with a healthy dollop of cream.
Step 8
Sandwich the triangle half together and enjoy!
