Quick Peach Tarts

Try this delicious, quick and easy peach tarts recipe for a tasty treat. Made with Jus-Rol puff pastry and ready in just 20 minutes.
- 10g example ingredient
- Baking paper
- Pastry Brush
- Preheat oven to 220ºC (200 ºC for fan assisted ovens) 425ºF, Gas Mark 7.
- Halve the peaches, remove stones and cut each half into 6-8 slices.
- Lay the pastry rounds on a lined baking sheet and top each with the slices of one peach, laid in a ring formation, leaving a border all round. Sprinkle with a little sugar.
- Brush borders with beaten egg and bake for 12-15 minutes until pastry is risen and golden. If desired sprinkle with a little extra sugar on removal from oven.
